(4,094 posts)Unfortunately, I don't think the guy understands what shame is, he is a coward and he shows it. I am convinced republicans have been compromised, I have never seen so many people in fear, you can see it in their body language.
Next time Lindsey Graham is on TV, watch how he swallows as he speaks, he has a hard time saying the things he does because it seems that somewhere in his brain he knows he doesn't agree with them.
And most of the republicans have the same problem. Jim Jordan usually looks down when he speaks, he will move his head up and down, but looks down a lot, and they stutter even though they don't suffer from it.
They are all afraid, they live in panic.

(13,849 posts)He, and therefore Putin, must certainly have something on them. Sexual escapades, shady financial dealings, there's gotta' be something there and I certainly hope that it can be uncovered soon.
Benedict Donald didn't choose his closest allies because of their knowledge and talent, he chose them because he knows they're compromised and therefore he has control over them.

On a day when members of at least one famous political family have been publicly feuding with each other, documentary filmmaker Alexandra Pelosi, the daughter of incoming House speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), struck a different note, vouching for the effectiveness of her mothers leadership skills.
How does she approach meetings with President Trump, A, and B, just what are your feelings about this person who you know quite well becoming speaker of the House for a second time? host John Berman asked during an interview Wednesday on CNNs New Day.
The younger Pelosi responded: Shell cut your head off and you wont even know youre bleeding.

(42,862 posts)Frankly, anyone can "clap-back" with sledgehammer insults and name-calling... that takes no effort at all. When anyone CONTINUALLY uses Twitter to slam and insult denigrate others, it becomes old-hat and tedious (look at Trump if you need an example of that.)
But Nancy... ahh... she knows how to wait. She steers clear of the obvious and cheap-shots. Getting into twitter wars for their own sake serves no useful purpose. She knows that when you wrestle with pigs, both get dirty. Instead, she's shown us the wisdom of waiting for the moment that her wit and direct approach will have the biggest impact.
With one little letter, just one quick slice, Nancy has wounded him with an indelible scar that will follow him for LIFE!! He didn't even feel it when it happened.
Nancy rocks!
