The insurrectionists stormed the capital, and a police officer upholding his oath, was killed. Every person that entered that building to do harm or otherwise should be charged with conspiracy to commit murder, and Seditition.

Jail these people, let the pot smokers out to make room for the real threat to society, these traitors.

Was he beat to death?

Can we identify the people on camera beating him?

Legally (or morally), does it matter which of the attackers struck the fatal blow?

If me and a dozen of my mates beat an officer to death, are we not all culpable?

This doesn't seem that fuzzy to me.

In Sicknick's case, it's still not known publicly what caused him to collapse the night of the insurrection


First they said blunt force trauma, now they're saying it isn't...And that it's a possibility that it was a reaction to bear spray?
