So the power sharing agreement still hasn't been finalized, which means that lindsey graham

still controls the judiciary committee even though the Democrats have the majority, and graham refuses to allow the hearing and voting of Merrick Garland to AG.

This is why Manchin's view that there must be a bipartisan agreement in order for him to vote for the much needed covid stimulus ignores the reality of the current republican party, and not only ignores that last four years, but completely ignores the eight years of blocking everything that President Obama tried today.

It is apparent the republicans do not want a bipartisan agreement. The ACA is the perfect example. Not only did the republicans refused to work with the Democrats on a healthcare plan, they had over 12 years to come up with their own plan, came up with NOTHING.

Where was Manchin where McConnell refused President Obama's SC nomination?

The republican party has not changed.

He's trying to prevent , or stall indictments coming out , maybe for himself, and many others , and until after the Senate trial to prevent trump's conviction? Could he get charged for obstruction of justice charges for doing this and conspiracy if its exposed he and others planned doing this for those reasons? Graham can't stop Garland getting confirmed for long.

in a federal or state court.

Joe Biden can appoint an acting attorney general if push comes to shove

In my mind they are trying to sabotage the Biden administration just like they did when President Obama was president

It’s obvious they have the first idea of how to actually govern. They run this goddamn bipartisan talk all the time. But they still don’t call our party by the correct name.

If this isn't resolved before the impeachment trial, Joe Biden should appoint an acting AG
