educational composition of those serving in a lot of state legislatures. And some states are a lot more jaw-dropping than others. Again, some self-educate and can hold their own with the most erudite Ivy-Leaguer, but that is not the majority.
We are not well-served as a result. One can only look at the statutes passed or at least proposed to know how this plays out.
