By Graham's own actions now preventing committee appointments,

For Garland makes him look compromised , and corrupted more than ever. If they have proof others are forcing him into doing this , he could be also charged with conspiracy. He's acting scared, and desperate knowing Garland is coming. Graham May also be trying to prevent trump and others from getting exposed before the Senate trial.
