I think the GOP should revoke Congresswoman Greene's committee assignments

but I don't think Democrats should. Honestly, that isn't a power the opposite party should have. The GOP should be held accountable for her at the ballot box if they choose to associate with her. I don't like the precedent of having the opposing party being able to dictate which committees members of the other party can be on. Democrats should refuse to let her cosponsor their bills, refuse to cosponsor hers, and refuse to work with her or her staff in committee. And they should hang her around the necks of each and every GOP Congressional candidate in 2022.

2. It's not a power "of the opposite party". It's a power of the House

And the Constitution clearly gives the House the authority to manage its own internal affairs. Your argument is with that portion of the Constitution.

partisan, but this may well be and mark my words the GOP will use this the next time they have power to strip our members from committees for any or no reason.

3. It would be nice of the GOP would do such a thing, but they won't.

All of congress should remove Greene. She simply isn't fit for office. She's a lunatic. Since the GOP won't do their jobs the rest of congress has to do it. The GOP have proven themselves to be the domestic enemies of America, just like Trump and those who follow him.

4. It's not really a partisan issue.

More accurately, it shouldn't be a partisan issue.

She's a member of the House and should be subject to its terms and ethical standards. Those standards should apply to everyone, not just our side or their side. In reality, the House is one body.

5. If she is able to be expelled

then that would be one thing. That would take a serious contingent of her own party going along. But for a simple majority, which in theory could be entirely partisan, to remove her form committees, that is something that can be, and frankly given the propensity of the GOP to abuse things, will be abused. What is to stop the GOP from deciding to remove any or all of our members from committees for any or no reason?
