She does think well on her feet and she actually answers questions. If she does not know, she says so.

And at the SAME moment: she demonstrates Respect to the journalist asking a legitimate question, which in turn I think incentive to refrain from asking stupid questions.
Because let's face it, I hear stupid questions posed to the officials ALL the time. And it's rather infuriating to me, I have to imagine it is thus with the White House Communications and officials all the time.
