U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan is taking “senior status” in April, which opens up his seat on the U.S. District Court for President Joe Biden to fill, BuzzFeed News reports.

Senior Status allows him to continue to serve but also opens a vacancy!! It seems a lot of judges waited for Biden to win and are ALSO doing this, which means Biden will have some great opportunity to repair the damage, hopefully.

to serve as judges and hear cases but ALSO opens a vacancy!!! It seems a whole bunch of judges WAITED to do this!!
