Biden just withdrew a pile of nominees (32!) that Trump's team put forward in his final days in office.

Among them: 1 appeals court nominee and 2 district court nominees.

35. The judiciary isn't as screwed as people think

Obama got 330 judges onto the bench, Trump got 230, Biden will easily get 200 so 530 of the last 760 Federal judges will have been named by Dems.

And there is pent up retirements, dozens of more liberal judges held out until Joe was in office to retire, you're going to see a ton this year.

SCOTUS is another matter, Reps stole 2 seats. But Breyer should retire, and all we need is Thomas or Alito to leave and it's back to being OK.
