But I think she was clever enough within her circles to apply Trump's incitements, inelegance and grift to her own office. She doesn't care that she is full of shit, she doesn't care that she is goading her toadies to exact a misguided civil war against an imaginary enemy, all she cares about is that the donors donate and donate and donate. This grift is exactly what she came to Washington for.
