(33,643 posts)Asserting that something is 'round' is describing a 2 dimensional measurement.
A circle drawn on a piece of paper is round. And also flat.

(38,556 posts)What I did read thoroughly, and even what I skimmed through, indicates that Smartmatics is abut to OWN Rudy and Powell. And the case may provide a basis for both of these attorneys to be disbarred.
If Fox is wealthy enough, they may survive.
It seems to me that much of what Smartmatics claims is easily verified. Such as:
1) their software was used in ONLY one county in the entire country;
2) election results in the county where Smartmatics software was used were NEVER contested;
3)) their software is not used in Dominion counting machines;
4) Smartmatics does not own (wholly or partially) Dominion, and vice versa (the two companies are competitors);
5) Smartmatics was not founded in or by Venezuelans;
6) Smartmatics software was never banned from use in U.S. elections.
For their own benefit Smartmatics should NOT settle this out-of-court. For the benefit of the country, they should not settle this. And the disinformation campaign must NEVER be used to suppress the vote.
