'Beijing Biden Is Not My President:' Troops' Social Media Posts in Spotlight After Capitol Riots

I always remember that Benedict Arnold was a general in the US Army until he wasn't

Airman 1st Class Sean Brinson wanted his peers to know that he didn't consider President Joe Biden a legitimate commander in chief.

In a post on the popular Facebook group Amn/NCO/SNCO Jan. 12, Brinson pledged to "continue to say 'Beijing Biden is not my president' for 4 years."

"End of god damned story," wrote Brinson, identified as being assigned to the 691st Cyberspace Operations Squadron, part of Air Combat Command located at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. "A letter from JCIS [sic] does not negate the events that stain this election, or answer glaring questions about selective application of law, something that IS constitutionally, ethically, morally, and LEGALLY deplorable."

Brinson has since deleted the post from the group's page.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff had made clear the military's position on the matter, condemning a pro-Trump mob's violent assault on the U.S. Capitol ahead of the inauguration and reminding troops that Biden would be their next commander in chief.

Kick him out, deleting hate filled ignorant lies doesn't end them, just lets them stew on in the silence of his actual approval. He shouldn't be in the service as he doesn't support America, just his KKK vision of whiteness.

An enlisted member with over 20 years in can retire, but everyone else gets out when the Air Force says so.

Which will happen if this Airman's Chain of Command orders him to shut up and he doesn't.

But the rules regarding shit talking the President are geared towards preventing LEADERSHIP (NCOs and COs) sowing discontent in the ranks by disrespecting the Commander In Chief.

In theory an E-3 griping is pretty normal and it's fixable at his supervisor's or 1st Sergeant's level.

The fact that he published his views and is getting famous complicates things, but until he disobeys an order to shut his fucking trap, he won't be discharged.

This the rank of an Airman 1st Class.

Which is the Army equivalent of a Private First Class (PFC) in other words just two steps above a recruit. Good luck with that Article 15, you little pissant.

Me thinks the Airman's next assignment will be some "garden spot" like Elmendorf, AK or Diego Garcia.

Biden is the head of the military, this soldier should be court marshalled and booted. He doesn't recognize his commanding officer's authority.

I would be kind and give them an "other than honorable" discharge on their DD214. But that's it. He is not only your president, he is your boss. You're fired.

I'm sick and tired of this fucking shit.

This fuckstick should be on a transport to the nearest brig, pending General Court Martial YESTERDAY!

A large reason to have laws and punishment is to send a fucking message about what is, and is NOT acceptable behavior.

Start fucking prosecuting these traitorous Asspickles, and you'll put a fucking stop to it.

It's a fucking CANCER in the military.

Article 134—(Disloyal statements)

b. Elements.
(1) That the accused made a certain statement;
(2) That the statement was communicated to an-
other person;
(3) That the statement was disloyal to the United
States;
(4) That the statement was made with the intent to promote disloyalty to the United States by any member of the armed forces or to interfere with or impair the loyalty to the United
States or good order and discipline of any member

(5) That, under the circumstances, the conduct of
the accused was to the prejudice of good order and
discipline in the armed forces or was of a nature to
bring discredit upon the armed forces.
c. Explanation. Certain disloyal statements by mili-
tary personnel may not constitute an offense under

to a department or other agency that is a part of its
administration.
d. Lesser included offense. Article 80—attempts
e . Maximum Punishment - Dishonorable Discharge,
forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confine-
ment for 3 years.

This is a serious situation, whether it's in the military or police or any Federal law enforcement agency. Loyalty to the Oath, regardless of politics, has to be the way.
