the media is turning their attention to Greene and away from Trump.

She is knocking Trump out of the headlines and is relegating him to a position behind her.

I'm not so sure that Trump wants to compete with a female counterpart of him.

He's got to cut her off at the knees now before she builds up any more of a following. I don't think he wants to compete with her for the 2024 nomination.

Let her continue to spew, and she and Trump can take each other out. Let them fight to their mutual political deaths. The more the country gets to see of this, the better. If we hang them around the necks of their enablers, they'll continue to take their party right down with them.

Silencing Greene just allows her to play the martyr. Why give her that opportunity?

The thought of him gloating that he was acquitted from this second impeachment just turns my stomach.

I'm hoping that cooler heads will prevail in the Senate and that they will convict him - but it looks like the Vegas money is on him being acquitted.
