(64,025 posts)I hope the FBI can shut these assholes down so we can remove those security barriers eventually. I remember how proud I was, decades ago, to be able to stroll as a tourist into the Capitol with my fanny pack, no metal detectors, etc. It was beautiful. My picture was taken two feet in front of the wrought iron fence of the White House.
Thank you for posting these.

(6,297 posts)Some of these toons have been dark (Steve Breen's "Quicksand" is a personal favorite), but Hall's graphic depiction of multiple suicides is bound to touch off a shitstorm all around.
Rogers' MyStrait-Jacket cartoon (I'll fix the product name for him, just to be a picky bastard) is another one for my favorites list.

(52,545 posts)for so long, they aren't even trying anymore. They don't care what intelligent voters think, they only care that THEIR supporters believe their lies. One of their problems is their base or now Trump's base doesn't really care about deficits anymore. It doesn't address their real life concerns and apparently Trump tapped into that.

(12,181 posts)While funny, this issue was darker than most, but away from the microcosm, there is a fresh breeze blowing on a sunny day. Too bad about all the miasma it has to blow away from here, isn't it?
