FINALLY got shot yesterday, Pfizer vaccine. Didn't feel a thing. And no discernible side effects; I know this because they told me to avoid tylenol and ibuprofen for the next two days, the reason being that those particular meds would mask any effects that I should be aware of. Okay, but someone needs to explain that to my joints. Ow.

Any advice would be welcome.

Pfizer was given to participants, also. The clinic was well run and things went smoothly, from registration, and next appointment printed on a card, that is the Covid-19 Vaccine Record. The Registered Nurse who administered my injection, was very good at it. I barely felt it. Afterwards had to stay in a large, well socially distanced waiting area, for 15 minutes. I received a packet of info specific to the Pfizer vaccine, what the common side effects, are. and what symptoms are emergency level, along with information on other prudent concerns.
Today, the injection site is sore, my muscles and joints are achy, and I just want to take it easy. So that's what I'm doing.

Thanks for posting about achy joints, madamesilverspurs. I thought the soreness, was due to the weather, and I took a couple of Aleve, oopsy.
