Did you know that Waller County and the TX Dept of Public Safety agreed to institute de-escalation classes when they settled with the Bland family in the wrongful death suit?
And then LEO backed out and never delivered.
This is such a small thing and it has benefits to law enforcement and the taxpayer, but no, they couldn't even do that.
De-escalation could have made all the difference in the world in Sandra's case.
