If you ever visit Kentucky, try not to drink the water there

related du thread

That poor state does seem to have more than its fair share of wacko and hypocrites

You may already have suspected this, based (say) on some of the folk they've sent to DC --- some guys named Mitch and Rand notably come to mind

Rand was in the news a while back, because he got in some spat with a neighbor over a pile of yardwaste, with unfortunate results: Rand got some broken ribs, and his white neighbor got seven months for assaulting a senator

Most of us know it's not okay to assault anyone, even if you see a messy pile of trash, and also even when the person who you might consider pounding happens to be in Congress

Now, many of the politicians I've actually met seem to be nice folk, who really enjoy trying to get along with others and who would probably pick up their yards quickly if they heard somebody wanted that. But I've never met Rand

Anyway, the story goes on: although a person of ordinary intelligence might think that laws against assault are generally a good thing --- and although a senator, of ordinary intelligence, whose ribs had been broken by an irate neighbor, might continue to support laws against assaulting a senator, even if he had some constituents who found these laws unacceptably burdensome --- Rand's been thinking along different lines since 6 January

As an anarchist/libertarian sort, Rand originally thought that it was simply unconstitutional to hold a fellow Republican accountable, if all the fellow did was incite and unleash a window-smashing cop-killing mob on the Capitol, in hopes of hanging the VP and shooting the SOTH

But on further reflection, Rand has decided that the real problem is blacks in national office: when mentioning his broken ribs, for example, he singles out Ilhan Omar

Omar had nothing to do with that, of course: it was Rand's white next-door neighbor, who busted Rand's ribs after going round the bend over a brush pile --- while Omar herself has been the target of threats from the scary Jewish Space Laser wing of the GOP

So don't drink the water in Kentucky

Just shine a light through it and its colours will show. That Kentucky water is apparently tainted.

Twice. Rand started piling it up again.

So if the neighbor got 7 months how much time should the mobsters get for trying to kill Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi? How much time should the instigator get? He signed an order making it 10 years for defacing Federal property!
