My spelling skill is just fine; I don't need my phone trying to override everything I type in. It's incredibly frustrating to have "auto-correct" enabled.

The trial is important so that the American people can see and know exactly what happened.

Does an impeachment trial count as a regular trial - if so then he could not be charged and tried for the same offenses again.

I don't know the answers, just asking.

The goal in Senate conviction would be to make sure he can't run for office again and take away some of his benefits. If DOJ were to investigate and press criminal charges, that would be a different thing altogether. I don't know all the answers either but I'll bet a few DUers will get us straightened out.

I'm not an attorney, but I would think it will all go to the DOJ for investigation & rigorous prosecution!!!

Great thought!

I'm not upset with your idea. The only real benefit will be getting qpubes on record again assenting to chumputin's agenda to destroy the USA.

DOJ will surely also be pursuing a number of criminal investigations of Trump and his cronies; that is an independent process.
