NEW: the head of the US Committee on Oversight and Reform has sent a letter to social media platform Parler demanding it hand over docs related to its finance and foreign ties - including to “any Russian individual or entity”

It also includes a request for "all documents and communications referring to relating to a proposal to provide President Donald Trump with an ownership stake in Parler"
