NEW: A magistrate judge ordered the release of a top Proud Boys organizer charged in the Jan. 6 insurrection.
Prosecutors, who called him a flight risk and danger to the community, plan to appeal and seek a stay of the decision. w/ @joshgerstein

Magistrate Judge Brian Tsuchida agreed to release Ethan Nordean with a series of conditions.

Under the conditions of release. Ethan Nordean, who goes by "Rufio Panman," must remain in the Seattle area, abide by a curfew and adhere to local Covid rules.
Release may never happen though, if DC judge grants a stay as has happened in other cases.
