Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. Fetterman on his Senate run: "I would promise to the people of Pennsylvania, I plan to be 100% sedition free if I'm elected to come in. You know, there's already too many sedition-curious members of the United States Senate, and I would never be one."Link to tweet

(56,828 posts)she had sent out a fundraising email on behalf of her husband & called herself John's #1 fan & #1 troll, or something like that. I used to think she was tiny until I saw that Fetterman himself is 6'8"

(15,278 posts)for those DU'ers curious how tall he is. At one point his weight was over 400lbs, but he has since lost quite a bit of weight.

(43,327 posts)difference is very familiar.
My mum is 1.90m (almost 6-3) and my sis is an inch taller than her. The running joke is mummy had an affair (as I am a wee §bit darker than my siblings as well). I would not trade heights, as I see them (mum and sis) struggle with clothing at times.

(5,831 posts)We were visiting a relative in Pittsburgh, decided to take a drive, and ended up lost on a dead-end street in an unfamiliar neighborhood.
Naturally we didn't have a local map. Neither of us has any idea how to use a GPS, even if we had one. AND I forgot my cell phone.
This tall, tall grungy guy came over to us and asked if we needed help. He was working on a car and dressed in what were obviously his working-on-the-car clothes, half covered in oil stains. He was really nice and gave us good directions for getting back to the relative's house.
When we described the encounter to the relative, he said our description sounded exactly like Fetterman, who was becoming well known and admired in the area.

1. Elect Big John Fetterman to senate.
2. Make him Rand Paul's next office neighbor.
