(18,486 posts)One of the things that really impressed me was her command of her evidence and exhibits. That's often very difficult to manage, but she had so much knowledge and control of every bit of evidence she was presenting and how it tied in with her argument.
I think any trial attorney on this board would agree that her prep and presentation were impeccable.

(12,182 posts)Is it just me, or does the quality of representation drop off somewhat as you cross the aisle, so to speak? It seems that the prosecution side is a better and more prepared group of attorneys than the strip mall lawyers the defence has chosen to try to stop them.
