laid out to show us where they were. I have tears and prayers.

I'm glad my parents are not alive to see this. These are deplorables, mostly white, all full of hate. Claire still has those feelings of collegiality after all this time. No wonder she's overcome with sadness and anger. I am too.

Am watching CSPAN2 (and not watching MSNBC, that I assume you are seeing her on) but I know that this is a double whammy for her given that Hawley was one of the inciters.

How in the name of all that is holy did these two Dems ever get defeated by those two rotters?

OMG Ron Johnson over the great Russ Feingold? What the absolute hell??

And Claire (although too moderate for me) was still a powerful voice for the Dems and being defeated by that little maggot, Hawley?

Astounding.

Didn't help her race. They saw her as vulnerable and wrote her off. My daughter worked on her 2018 campaign and she said it was obvious.

At first I didn't like her on MSNBC, and I couldn't see why they had her on so much. But she has gotten much better, and her comments are sometimes poignant, like today. I'm sorry she's not still in the Senate, but I'm glad she has a job on MSNBC now.
