"You Can't Yell.."Fire" in a Crowded Movie Theater...(not part of 1st Ammendment)

...I don't know when I learned this...Maybe 50 years ago, a few less or a few more. It doesn't matter. That is the reason Trump hasn't got a chance to win in the final analysis. Trump yelled "riot"and there was a "riot."

Donald Trump can say that.. he didn't yell "riot" but honest observers know he did yell, "riot." He yelled "riot" in what turned out to be "crowded gathering in a special place...(not a movie theater)

...His lawyers attempt to disown what he said, by using the word..."jurisdiction" is an attempt to disown the fact Trump yelled .."Riot" or its equivalent....in a crowded movie theater. (special place).........No, it wasn't a movie theater, it would be an equivalent in court...

..........Change the subject sort to speak...It won't work...because...
...Everyone can see that .....Trump incited a riot...True or False?...Answer is True..
