Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 88

“ Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

Encounters w Newt Gingrich in the ATL airport, both Alan West and Mike Coffman in the Denver airport Ted Cruz in the Houston Airport.

Conversely I got a hug, handshake and 5 minute discussion with John Lewis(pic as well) in the ATL airport. Hello to Liz Warren in Logan and a "Hey Bernie" in downtown Burlington.

Plenty of other celebs as well in my travels, but airports are where I find most. Joe Morgan was my favorite btw...

I could go back to my Navy vocabulary for Scott and Rubio and add a few terms I picked up in the construction trades. Heck, I can even cuss them in Spanish if necessary. Even plumbers have special insults, and it is my professional opinion that Rubio is certainly a "sewer fish."
