He damaged our allied relationships so badly during the last 4 years and did his best to take down our government. How much confidence will the world have that this wouldn't happen again if he's acquitted now?
What will the ramifications be? An acquittal will certainly have consequences, wouldn't it? What might they be?

(22,478 posts)back from Hitler but it was only after they messed up and didn't go after all the Nazis. When they finally did Germany became a country to be respected.
So......we need to go after all the Nazis.

(25,464 posts)Biden is going to rebuild relationships. He already has myriad contacts around the world from his time as VP.
An acquittal, in my opinion, is mostly irrelevant in context because nearly everyone has already assumed that it's by far the most likely outcome. The world knows he's guilty and the world knows the GOP is going to let him off.
