As a Wichita kid from the BTK era, I take great joy that he has decades left in solitude, without his family or his trophies from his kills.

When I looked at the Stripes Guy in another post, the sadist that tried to rip off a gas mask off an officer (I think it was), he reminded me of Jim Jordan. Something weird about his expressions and his eyes I guess.

Federal authorities have narrowed to a handful the number of suspects in the death of US Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, a US official briefed on the probe has said, raising hopes that investigators can bring charges in the case

They committed felonies that could easily be foreseen to end in violence. Every person who crossed the line into the capitol building is guilty if felony murder.

This is established case law. I don't care who made the death blow any more than I care who was the lookout, the driver, etc. in an armer robbery.

They should all get 5 counts of felony murder -- 25 to life. Since it fits the domestic terrorism definition, the charges should be served consecutively.

q anon shaman, real estate lady, bullhorn lady, oath keepers, I don't care ... they all get 125 years to life.

No death penalty. Just let them all to. Whether it is 400 or 2500, it doesn't matter. Charge them all with the top counts.

Were they go one, they go all.

Oh, I hope they get the murderer. I watched the trial today and it brought tears to my eyes to see how these criminals stormed our White House, broke glass, threatened people and killed people and all because some idiot that talked his way into being president, encouraged them to destroy our government.
