I saw something months ago about WH photographer is so different under Trump. The official WH photographer is only allowed in Trump's presence when he actually calls him to come in and take photos for official signings or visitors when Trump wants them taken but no photographers are given the kind of access Pete Souza had. Trump is too careful of controlling his image for that. Photos outdoors by another photographer is more possible.
