does anyone know about this polling group? is it republican leaning group? even rass is showing basically a tie.. the independent numbers look like complete bullshit..

1. All of a sudden...

I'm seeing many unfamilar organizations doing polls--and Romney is leading with larger leads than he has in most of traditional, longstanding polls (Gallup, Rasmussen, IPSOS, PPP, media outlet, etc.).

I'm sure there are polling outlets that are legitimate, with which I am unfamiliar--but it seems odd that suddenly these unknown (at least to me) polls showing wider-than-normal bounces for Romney are all over the place.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not a right-wing idiot who discounts the polls because I don't like what I see. I'm just noticing a lot of previously unknown or unheard of polls showing the largest leads for Romney.

One way to persuade people is to get them to think that everyone else has already agreed on the outcome.

I think we're seeing that tactic now, probably where much of the super pac money is going.

10. It is a fairly well known polling organization that polls every 4 years. They are also RW leaning

It is also important to note that they still have Sept 4 and 5 in this poll, while Rasmussen does not. So, dont spend too much time on them.
