Man accused of dumping 1,000 nails on roads, damaging 48 vehicles

According to a criminal complaint, since late last spring Theodore Drazovic intentionally left nails and screws in the road on at least 20 occasions.

PORT WASHINGTON, Wis. —
An Ozaukee County man has been charged after investigators said he intentionally left nails and screws on several county roads.

Officers arrested Theodore Drazovic, 27, of Grafton, last Friday.

He was charged with one count of felony criminal damage to property.

According to a criminal complaint, since late last spring Drazovic intentionally left nails and screws in the road on at least 20 occasions.

The complaint said Drazovic told investigators he didn't mean to damage vehicles but left the nails and screws because he felt people were following and threatening him.
