All the last-minute changes at the top of the Pentagon

I'm hoping the Dem Managers get into that today. The changes make sense only with the insurrection in the frame.

but Jan. 6 and the DOD refusing to send National Guard when requested made it clear. Remember how many times the MD gov had to request and no response from DOD, and all those restrictions on what they could do?
