pro-Democratic site. I know "they" went after Psaki over it. The use of it I have seen comes in two flavors. Those who view Graham as a "fussy old southern dowager" archetype, prone to get the vapors in the presence of any "incivility of discourse", and a snarky reference by gays to Graham being a self-hating, closet case.

Having lived in SC amongst the Red Rabble, I picked it up as the former, and learned of the latter in the last decade.
