Man who carried Trump flag in Capitol during riot arrested in Orlando

A man who was caught on camera carrying a Trump flag inside the Capitol building during last month's deadly riot has been arrested.

Steven Omar Maldonado was apprehended by FBI agents on Wednesday morning at Orlando International Airport as he was preparing to fly to Puerto Rico.

Maldonado was identified after being recognized in news footage that was widely publicized in the days following the siege. His name was reported by a couple who then informed the FBI.





The FBI said it cross-referenced that information with Maldonado's driver's license, social media photos and surveillance footage from U.S. Capitol police.

If I was prosecuting one of these clients - I would do the following:

1. Subpoena Trump
A. Have Trump state if he supported the clients actions.
B. Have Trump state if he meant for these clients to believe that the Election was stolen.
C. Have Trump state if Biden was the lawful president.
D. Have Trump state that as the president at the time - would have have used the full
Legal authority against the clients and would these clients be guilty of sedition, or.
2. Have Trump state under oath - what information did he have that the election was stolen.

I would try to make Trump own words convict these people...
