This is clever. After Will Farrell picked a (fake) fight with Norway in a GM Super Bowl ad ...

a Norwegian university playfully hit back (although the response also contains some hard truths!)

My guess is based on the response from Norway being really professional (and perfect!), and the timeframe being really short.

I think it's all part of the 'campaign'. And a clever one at that.
