1. Well, perhaps it could use some amended processes but that's the magic of such a

flexible document. Likely those Founders thought those white privileged statesmen and representatives were all the decent sort yielding their time to the "Gentleman and Gentlewoman of so and so state with all their civility and honor, hah! Most of the GOP senators just are no longer decent men and women, and prefer backing lunatic fringe or are too chicken to do what's right to protect it and the People. Most have no shame nor conscience - no platform, no criminal law is breakable by conduct, no case law a civil precedent; no heart or empathy; they got NUTTIN'.
