assault on our Capitol, our people. Why? Because for five years, they gave him free, unchecked wall-to-wall adoring, uncritical coverage. Treated every lying, insane jumble of word salad as newsworthy. And, just one important aspect- the constant "will you accept the results of the election" as though it were a legitimate question. As though he actually could legitimately decide not to. As though there were legitimate options open to him. They legitimized his insanity, his desire for ultimate power. They enabled him. For that, I will never forgive them.
