The idea that he had control over hundreds of people committing violent crimes for him was probably a wet dream he's had for decades.
He's a narcissist. He'll do it again, given the chance.

like a toddler at others. Sometimes he seems like a seven year old when he talks about women, "bleeding," etc. His revenge fantasies are childish, and his glee probably gives him a woody.
