I think they are taking their time and I don't know they have filed a sedition charge per se

I call them Sedition Scum as an earned insult. I don't think they'll face sedition charges. nt

...yet and that is probably a good thing while the impeachment is going on. Plus keeping the scum in legal jeopardy as long as possible prolongs the pain and hopefully will make them and their future spawn think twice and real hard about ever trying something like this again. It will be interesting to see how courts react to this when they actually do go to trial. Given some of the judicial comments so far on issues of bail and so forth, I don't think this is something someone wants to be standing in front of a judge on. This is not shoplifting a candy bar even if a first offense as the judges seem to be seeing it.
