6. Joe is in great shape

For someone his age, he's fit and trim. Obviously exercises daily and watches what he eats. He's truly amazing to keep the schedule he does.

He works out every morning. I've heard he rides a stationary bike and lifts weights. My father is his same age and does the same, probably even more so. Lifting weights at the age is huge, keeping muscle on the bones helps in a lot of ways.

13. Not to mention, when muscle gets bigger and denser, the underlying bone grow denser, too,

to support the increased muscle mass. It's a good way to prevent or reduce osteoporosis.

Restoring hope and faith in our leadership even in a small, human way.

9. How refreshing to see the Bidens acting like normal people.

Their movements are fairly restricted for security reasons but they still found a way to get outside, have a cup of coffee and let their doggies get some exercise. When did we ever see the tRumps act like normal people? We got a chance to see that our current First Family is, indeed, a real family who enjoy being together. Interactions between the tRumps always seemed cold and sterile. God forbid they’d be caught just hanging out with their dogs.

I think as time goes on we’ll be privileged to see more demonstrations by the Bidens that they’re a real, loving family. What a refreshing change!
