I believe that once this Kabuki trial is over,

New York (City and/or State) will charge him with multiple crimes and indict him.

They have been investigating him for a couple of years now and it's public knowledge that his financial dealings have always been questionably tainted at best and wholly criminal at worst. Crimes like tax fraud and money laundering may just be the tip of the iceberg.

They've got his tax records and this time he's not walking away. The biggest problem will be finding a jury without a MAGA on it, if/when he's put on trial. I think that's doable and if found guilty, the monster will be facing, not just large fines, but jail time.

And one more thing. If/when a trial takes place, you can be sure his thug army will show up. But New York City has a police force of 38,000 and the NY State National Guard is there to back them up.

They know that far too many people can't walk and chew gum. The impeachment trial is a "wide-screen, Dolby sound show" displaying to the entire world what a horrible beast he is. It's important that any remnants of authenticity be ripped from him. Then, and only then, will New York step in.

I’ve been champing at the bit for that turd to be charged/indicted for so long that I get impatient with posts that speculate about indictments.

I apologize, but I hope you can forgive my frustration

With any potential rioters.
‘Show’ them the end of the barrel of their guns and ‘Tell’ them to disperse.

Carrying a weapon in New York, open or concealed, without a license, is a felony that carries potential jail time.

he could get a jury with no Trumpers. Only 12% of voters in Manhattan voted for him, and in my anecdotal experience, the ones who did aren’t necessarily traditional MAGA cultists. Same with DC where only 5% voted for him.

and he has zero to do with it. Letting them take the fall isn't likely to endear them to him much longer. We'll know tonight, if his defense spends an hour or more claiming it was all them, not him.

Here's a link to a google article on it.

But beyond his tax returns, they already have records from Deutsche Bank and other sources which may be enough to build a substantial case.

at the time, could only refer to him as "Individual One." As of now, there's no reason to not reveal everything Mueller uncovered about the monster.

Any reasonable person knows that the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people due to Covid-19, can be laid squarely at his feet. He spent almost a year doing absolutely nothing about this horrible pandemic that has befallen the world. He totally ignored it and spent his time playing golf, watching Fox, and tweeting. Somehow, someway, he must be held responsible and made to pay the price for all the misery that has occurred due to his criminal negligence.
