Now wait for it, the Conservatives will be throwing a hissy fit that Joe was wearing jeans of all things as they did when Obama wore his tan suit in the WH briefing room!

And isn't it nice to see a president who isn't a sloppy bucket of lard wearing a baggy suit and a necktie reaching to his knees?

(47,427 posts)and I'm thinking that the next time, he'll find some way to bring them all coffee.
The media hasn't always been kind to Joe, but he's going to respectful and generous to them. As Lindsey Graham said, "If you don't like Joe Biden, there is something wrong with you." (Not exact quote, but close enough) Mike Memoli has covered Joe for over a decade and I expect he will write a book some day. Once the press gets to know Joe, they see what an incredible person he is. There is a story about E.J. Dionne as a young reporter who considered Biden a bit arrogant and entitled, until he got to know him. I can't remember the details now, but it was typical of what I have read about Joe.
