"Cavalry" vs. "calvary"? Really?

Trump's defense want to claim the "true" meaning of a tweet was someone claiming they'd bring a religious display to Trump's rally, not a misspelling of "cavalry"? And it was terribly evil and manipulative of the House managers to take that tweet any other way?

That's pathetic.

Which just leaves them with the "baffle them with bullshit" arrow in their quiver.

says "calvary" when he means "cavalry."
And he fancies himself as being smart.

8. How do you bring a Calvary to the Capitol? Were they planning to crucify Pence?

I saw those typos yesterday, and noticed there was a third tweet with the word spelled correctly. Republicans shouldn’t stake their defense on their base’s ability to spell.
