Did I did or did I didn't hear that?

I could swear I heard one of those defense attorneys claim that Trump's words could not be construed as "incitement to resurrection". Kept waiting for him to correct it, but he just paused briefly and then continued.

So, do I need to get my hearing checked?

It was tough to take. Could only spend a few minutes now and then before I had to go and do something constructive.

Good thing I don't need a lawyer and these men were the only choice. What a mess of a defense.
