It may happen as it may be the only way to save their chance for reelection. I'm sure they can come up with a good excuse. Perhaps we could start a contest for the best excuse the Republicans can use for avoiding the vote. It's the weather? My dog was sick? My cat lost my cell phone and hid my shoes?
