Call Detail Records (CDRs), which show call detail activity, are easily accessed through WARRANTS. They are not classified but are protected /thread

In reference to the alleged call between Trump and Tuberville, for example, the CDRs show call times and duration (plus other info). Fun fact: the data is available from the service provider OR the phone manufacturer based on what the data owner allows for storage or reporting.

Warrant language must be very specific and it takes experience and training. When submitting warrants for providers, GSM phones have specific providers and request needs, as do 4GLTE or 5G (based on the technology and the networks they traverse). Why do I know this...

...because I was a USAF intel officer, worked for NSA, OSD & employed analysts in classified & unclassified spaces that had to analyze CDRs at times. Coordination between actors can be proven, as well as geo-location, call time, call length, call frequency... down to seconds

Technical challenges are requesting the proper information through the warrant process & having great analysts

The “process” would be easy if those individuals claiming they talked with POTUS or DID NOT talk would voluntarily provide the information for the good of the country.

Personally, I & my old intelligence teams would have significantly increased the pucker factor for those that lie about phone calls...or their location during those calls. We liked it when people didn’t sleep well at night. I could cover more but I will keep this thread short.

He presided over a same-sex marriage and was primaried. While in Congress he never met with his constituents and voted with Trump almost all the time.

Just giving background information on him for those who haven’t memorized the names and parties of former officials.
