What's up with Bruce Castor?

I noted him shaking his left hand at times while speaking. At other times he would grab and hold a pen in awkward way. Perhaps could he have a neurological disorder?

8. Whatever it is, it's irrelevant to the substance of his "performance".

Does he have Parkinsons? Diabetic neuropathy? Aspergers? DTs? Phobias around public speaking? None of it is any of our business or a basis for attacking him. So why discuss it any more than Schoen's religious observance?
