It would be great if we could also get to the bottom of this reporting -- that as of 4:13 p.m. on January 6, a "source close to the White House" was also in touch with some of the rioters and knew what their plans were for the evening.

7. I agree there was someone smarter than Trump and Jr. and they should be tried...

...if they took the oath to protect and defend the Constitution. The whole set up to declare the election rigged and all the crazy legal action was not just Trump or his family and I doubt Rudy by himself could come up with the whole set-up from prior to the election and then after. Find them and charge them.

"Close to the WH" is specific language when coming from a pro like Acosta. That means not WH staff or he'd have used that phrase instead -- so not Jarvanka or Nazi Miller.
