to ask what they just voted for. I think the fact that Graham changed his vote confused them.

I think they started to panic though when Graham changed his vote to yes, thinking they voted wrong.

they have been such a lazy bunch with McConnell at the helm. I suppose Moscow Mitch is pissed right now, he may not get his vacation next week.
