You have no right to break or take things that aren't yours. That being said if someone was protesting peacefully where he or she wasn't supposed to be protesting I would likely donate to their bail fund.

Stuff like this seems to originate on social media, but it's so quickly picked up by right-wing media that I think we can be pretty sure they're the original source. It's then disseminated to a bunch of fake news sites and pushed by bots who often reside in Russia.
