Thought they were calling witnesses??

Why are they doing closing arguments? Shouldn't we do that after witnesses??

He got them to stipulate to Rep. Herrera Beutler's statement that McCarthy told her that Trump was siding with the rioters and told him that the mob was “more upset about the election than you are.”
